Welcome to the Pine Valley Improvement Club (PVIC) website.

 

The PVIC is a California non-profit 501 (c) (3) corporation responsible for maintaining the Pine Valley Clubhouse, located at 28890 Old Hwy 80, Pine Valley, CA

 

Our community motto is “4,000 Feet Above Care”, which aptly describes the rural life style enjoyed by our residents. Pine Valley has clean air, beautiful trees, affordable housing, hiking and riding trails and good schools surrounded by Cleveland National Forest.  Pine Valley is a small mountain community which is 45 minutes from downtown San Diego and can be reached by taking exit 45 off of eastbound Highway 8.

 

The Clubhouse is a resource that  serves as a community center for residents and a variety of local groups. It is also available to rent the Clubhouse for personal events. Please see the “Clubhouse”menu for more information.
